Spicy Baked Cauliflower

I think the reason little kids and honestly most people in general hate vegetables is because they just eat them raw and don't know how to cook them with spices. I'm certainly included in this and then I found out how easy it is to just cook them for like 20 minutes in the oven with olive oil and spices and make them into something you actually like eating. Just mix olive oil and the spices you want (match amount to the amount of vegetables you have) and go to town. Perfect as a side, a taco filling, or just on its own. 

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1/2 tablespoon curry

  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin

  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika

  • 1/2 tablespoon chili powder

Instructions

  • Separate head of cauliflower into smaller pieces (or get it pre-cut)

  • Mix olive oil and spices together in a separate bowl 

  • Stab (lol) each cauliflower with a fork and mix around in the spice mix and maybe use a spoon to help cover cauliflower

  • Place cauliflower on a baking pan and cook for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees until crispy
