Roasted Red Pepper Cashew Hummus

I love roasted red pepper hummus but sometimes regular chickpea hummus hurts my stomach so I decided to try to make some with cashews. It turned out pretty great and only needed four main ingredients to make. The fact that I now don't have to leave my house to get my roasted red pepper hummus fix and it now tastes even better is pretty dangerous but I think I'll live. Make this hummus as fast as you'll finish it.
