Loaded Veggie Pizza

Went grocery shopping today and found it funny that all the regular frozen pizza crusts were gone but that there were plenty of plant-based ones still available... maybe coronavirus shortages will force people to try new vegan options lol. I used the Caulipower plain pizza crust and didn't realize until after that it had egg in it (boo) but it was easier to cook than the Trader Joe's one I used in the past. I then made Kenzie Burke's vegan and nut-free pesto, which was amazing and topped it with that, pre-cut veggies, and Miyoko's vegan mozzarella. I ate the whole thing and wish I had another because it was so good. 


  • 1 cauliflower crust pizza

  • Vegan Pesto

  • Veggies

  • Miyoko's Vegan Mozzarella 



  • I made Kenzie Burke's vegan and nut-free pesto and will include that recipe but you could also use store bought pesto too (I really like the Trader Joe's one)

  • Follow cooking instructions for frozen pizza crust

  • Put thin layer of olive oil on cooking pan and place pizza crust on top

  • Top with pesto, veggies, and vegan cheese

  • Cook for about 10 minutes

  • Cut up and enjoy
