Loaded Peaches Pumpkin Spice Bagel


This is the perfect breakfast (dessert? no breakfast.) transition from summer to fall. Warm peaches and cinnamon with a toasted pumpkin spice bagel? Yes please. So Delicious coconut yogurt, cinnamon, and Michelle's Granola ginger hemp flavor are all involved. When I saw that Trader Joe's had gluten-free pumpkin spice bagels, I knew I had to try them. Then I bought fresh peaches at the Dupont Circle farmers market and this loaded bagel breakfast idea was born. Also hot tip for life - cut up your peach, sprinkle with cinnamon, and microwave for 30 seconds. Thank me later.


  • 1 Trader Joe's gluten-free pumpkin spice bagel toasted

  • A couple of tablespoons of coconut yogurt

  • 1/2 a peach 

  • A handful of granola


  • Cut your bagel in half and toast it until it's golden brown

  • Cut up your peach, sprinkle with cinnamon and stir, and microwave for 30 seconds

  • Spread your toasted bagel with coconut yogurt 

  • Top with the warm cinnamon peaches

  • Sprinkle as much granola as you want on top
