Cold Brew Morning Shake

When I first set out to make this I intended to make a coffee nice-cream, but it came out with a smoothie consistency and it tasted so good I decided to roll with it. I love love love coffee ice cream and this takes three ingredients to make, is pretty healthy, and tastes like dessert. This is super easy to make and perfect for college students too because I could easily make this in my dorm and it's a great pick me up. Top with cacao nibs and thank me later.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen bananas (basically 2 bananas)

  • 1/2 cup almond milk 

  • 1/2 cup cold brew (or coffee you have available)

  • Cacao nibs

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor 

  • Stir when necessary until mix has a smooth consistency 

  • Top with cacao nibs (game changer)
