Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bread

I used to not like banana bread for some reason - loved it by itself, in smoothies, etc, but not in bread form for some reason idk… But now I’m obsessed. And this is the best banana bread I’ve ever had. This banana bread involved chocolate and peanut butter so that’s already a good sign. It’s vegan, gluten free, and grain free made with clean ingredients. I ate half of the whole loaf as soon it had cooled enough not to burn my entire mouth because it’s just that good. 

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 3 flax eggs (1 = 1 tbs flaxseed meal + 3 tbs water)

  • 2 cups almond flour

  • ¼ cup peanut butter

  • ¼ cup cacao powder

  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar

  • 3 teaspoons baking powder

  • ½ cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together 

  • Spray a baking pan with coconut oil

  • Pour batter into baking pan

  • Top batter with peanut butter and chocolate chips

  • Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes
