This creation is a fall flavor overload and I'm writing/posting this on October 1st which is fitting and was actually unplanned. Fall is my favorite season and October is my favorite month because I love the beginning of the school year and looking forward to the holiday season. There's my birthday (the most important holiday duh), Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and so much festivity. Ok random tangent, back to the food, which is why you're here. I basically wanted to make something as fall as possible and I think I did a pretty good job. The Trader Joe's gluten free pumpkin spice bagel is back in action, topped with a layer peanut butter, then sliced apples (because apples and pb is a classic), then Michele's Ginger Hemp Granola (my favorite ever), a drizzle of agave, and finally a dash (lol) of cinnamon. Try it out so you can feel fall af too.

Ingredients

  • 1 Trader Joe's gluten-free pumpkin spice bagel toasted

  • A couple of tablespoons of peanut butter

  • 1/2 an apple

  • A handful of granola

  • Drizzle of agave

  • Cinnamon

Instructions

  • Cut your bagel in half and toast it until it's golden brown

  • Cut apple into thin slices

  • Spread your toasted bagel with peanut butter

  • Top with sliced apples

  • Sprinkle as much granola, agave, and cinnamon as you want and get your fall on
