Plant based, environmentally conscious, sustainable healthy lifestyle
Green - Environmentally friendly and sustainable.

Clean - unprocessed, whole, real, natural, can I fit another adjective in, plant based (yes I can) ingredients and meals.

Livin - (“living” was taken). I believe that being healthy is a lifestyle and a journey with ups and downs. Some days you’ll eat salad and others chocolate cake, it’s called balance. Being healthy isn’t a one week thing you hate doing. Real substantial lifestyle changes that work for you (and hopefully the environment) is what I’m about.
All my recipes are vegan, although I consider myself plant-based since I find it more inclusive to people who are curious about the lifestyle and more telling to the fact that I mainly eat whole, real, natural foods. People often ask me how I don’t miss certain foods, but they are focusing on what they perceive has been taken from me, when what I really see is all this lifestyle has given me. This lifestyle I chose has been the most intentional, thoughtful, meaningful, and impactful decision I have ever made. This lifestyle makes me feel empowered when I feel overwhelming helpless given our climate crisis situation. This lifestyle helped me reclaim my health and gave me the opportunity to educate myself and others. This lifestyle helped me realize my passion for empowering others through education on the benefits of a plant-based lifestyle for themselves, animals, and the environment. This lifestyle helped me regain a part of myself that fears and expectations made me hide. This lifestyle changed my life and helped me realize that one person can make a difference because small actions build up into a massive movement.
Plant based Recipes
I’ll share some of my favorite plant based recipes, everything I make is vegan unless I state otherwise (and often gluten free friendly too). My main goal is to make plant based, refined sugar free, healthy, and delicious meals full of whole, real, natural, and clean ingredients. I'll prove to you that vegan food is not rabbit food and is not only nutritious, but delicious too.
Environmentally Conscious and Sustainable Living
Don’t get me wrong, we absolutely need to stop pretending that climate change is happening because not everyone is a vegan who rides their bicycle to work and takes five-minute cold showers in their solar paneled powered house. It is happening because of careless, greedy, wealthy individuals, companies, and industries, who value profit over people and the planet. However, this is not an excuse to be wasteful and disregard the impact your own actions have on the planet. We can each make a difference. I learned in the documentary Cowspiracy that in just one day a vegan diet saves 1,100 gallons of water, 45 pounds of grain, 30 square feet of forested land, 20 pounds of CO2, and one animal’s life. That's huge. And it's all you.
